Our Teachers

Highly-trained, passionate teachers, supported to do their best in every classroom, every day

DIRECTOR

Hello, I’m Ms. Illiana. With over 12 years of experience in early childhood education, including 5 years in education management, I am deeply committed to creating a high-quality, nurturing learning environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. As a director, I am passionate about supporting teachers, strengthening classroom practices, and ensuring smooth daily operations so our school community runs effectively and thoughtfully. I believe in hands-on, child-centered learning and work closely with our teaching team to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate programs. This year is especially meaningful as my daughter has joined the school, deepening my connection to our community. I am grateful to be part of a warm, collaborative school where children, families, and staff feel supported, valued, and inspired to grow and succeed.

SECRETARY

Hi, my name is Ms. Peyton. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Grand Canyon University, and I am also Montessori trained. I decided to pursue my passion in the classroom at the Montessori school I attended as a child. In 2019, I joined the Temecula Montessori family, and I have loved every minute of it! I’m excited that the school has opened a new campus in Chino, and I’m here to help bring quality education and care to the students and families in this community. In my free time, I like going to the desert for off-roading or to the mountains to enjoy the scenic views.

OFFICE MANAGER

Hello, I’m Ms. Katrina. With a Master’s in Communication Studies and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, I bring both passion and experience to our EverBright community. I spent 3 years as a college instructor and dedicated more than 10 years working with students from preschool through elementary school. I’m committed to providing quality education for your little learners. As a mother of three little ones, my favorite thing to do outside of work is spending time with my children and family.

HR

Hello, I’m Ms. Kate. I hold a Master’s degree in Service Management and an MBA in Education Management. In my HR role, I support our staff, help maintain a positive work environment, and assist with school operations. As our Golf Teacher, I bring over 15 years of playing experience — including competing on my university’s varsity team and earning both team and individual championships. I love introducing children to the joy of golf and helping them build confidence through movement and skills.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, camping, and spending time with family and friends

R5 ASSISTANT TEACHER

Hi, I’m Ms. Mei. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Information Management and an associate degree in Child Development. With five years of experience in early childhood education and as a mom of two, I understand how important the early years are for building independence, confidence, and emotional security. As a Toddler Room Teacher, I focus on creating a nurturing, predictable environment where young children can explore safely and develop at their own pace. I love supporting toddlers as they discover language, movement, and meaningful connections with others.

ROOM 3 LEAD TEACHER

Hi my name is Ms. Francine, and I have been teaching for 11 years. I began my teaching career on this very campus, so it is incredibly special to be back where it all started. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children in both preschool and early elementary education and I truly love helping children of all ages. I believe all children have unique gifts and it is my privilege to help them learn and grow. In addition to teaching in the classroom, I spent over 20 years teaching dance to children, which has been another wonderful way to encourage creativity and confidence. Outside of school, I am a proud mom of an amazing 12 year old son who is my greatest blessing. I am thrilled to be a part of the Everbright team and can’t wait to get started

ROOM LEAD TEACHER

Hi! I’m Ms. Christina. I have over 12 years of preschool teaching experience and hold the California Child Development Site Supervisor Permit. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Studies (Cum Laude) from Cal Poly Pomona. Throughout my career, I have designed hands-on and STEAM-focused curriculum, operated a licensed family childcare program, and taught children from infancy through preschool. I believe young children learn best through hands-on experiences, purposeful activities, and sensory exploration—an approach that closely aligns with the Montessori philosophy.
