Career Position: Lead Montessori Teacher (Ages 3–5) | AMI/AMS Required

We’re looking for an AMS Certified Montessori Teacher with 3+Years of experience to join our warm and supportive school community in Chino, California. About the Position
You will be part of a collaborative, nurturing, and mission-driven team, responsible for:
- Preparing and maintaining a beautiful, orderly Montessori classroom
- Guiding students according to their unique developmental needs
- Creating a calm, respectful, and enriching daily routine
- Modeling positive communication and supporting emotional regulation
- Promoting language development, executive functioning, and independence
- Partnering with families to support student success

About You
You are an enthusiastic and dedicated early childhood educator who believes in the potential of every child. You are collaborative, kind, and ready to lead a classroom with joy and confidence.
Qualifications:
- AMI or AMS Montessori certification (required)
- Minimum 3 years of classroom experience with ages 3–5
- High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Must pass a criminal background check and meet California licensing requirements
- Strong classroom management, observation, and parent communication skills
